As KLHL is based in Lourdas and specialises exclusively with Kefalonia, we also have the benefit of ‘Local Knowledge’ and the ‘Local Networking System’. When properties are already booked, where appropriate, we will re-direct visitors to your property web page or website for consideration.

All booking enquiries can be handled by yourself, or if you prefer, KLHL will deal with all enquiries on your behalf.
Please Click Here to place an advert for only E85 (plus VAT) per annum containing your details for all enquiries and we shall arrange a link to any independent website that you may already have.
If you do not have an independent website but want to arrange your own bookings we will construct a web page showing full details of your property, contact details and a link for a total cost of E150 (plus VAT) for the first year. This will reduce to E85 for every year thereafter. Please contact us if you want us to construct your own web page.
However, if you are interested in your bookings being managed by KLHL including a far more detailed listing on our site and extensive external marketing of your property, then please contact us to arrange a meeting at your property so we can outline our service, its costs and potential benefits to you.
Property & Land for sale ?
In Greece, an Estate Agent will charge the seller and buyer 2% of the agreed property cost plus vat. As an example, a property transaction for E200,000 will result in Estate Agency fees in the total of E8,000 plus vat.
This is avoidable by finding the buyer yourself.
