With the backdrop of Mount Aenos, the Casa Di Luna Luxury Apartments and Studios are situated on a quiet lane about 200 meters from Lourdas Village. Mount Aenos, peaking at an altitude of 1628m, is the second highest mountain on a Greek Island and is covered by a dark fir forest. This endemic species (abies cephalonica) is unique to this mountain and along with its rare and rich flora and fauna have resulted in Aenos being declared one of Greece’s ten National Parks. To the front Of Casa Di Luna, is the internationally famous Lourdas waterfront that has two miles of sand and pebble beach. The waterfront, is within a two-minute drive and offers many traditional Tavernas and Restaurants where you can sample fresh Greek cuisine, traditional entertainment and local hospitality.
For the more energetic amongst us, Lourdas is an ideal base from which to explore the many riches that Kefalonia has to offer. With water sports, mountaineering, walk trails, horse riding, ten pin bowling, yachting, power boats, Island hopping, shopping, people watching and relaxing there is something for everyone near to the Casa Di Luna.

Located at the foot of Mount Aenos and with breathtaking views across Lourdas Bay, Casa Di Luna is widely recognised as one of the most beautiful properties on the southern coast of Kefalonia. The luxury accommodation consists of seven apartments and eight studios that surround a modern 150m2 infinity pool with sun lounges and parasols. The spacious grounds include barbeque facilities and a traditional pizza oven for general use with comfortable dining arrangements. To further compliment the communal area there is a variety of tropical plants and local flowers with the option of soft background music.

Each apartment and studio is self contained with a fitted kitchen, air conditioning and a balcony that provides panoramic views across the Ionian Sea to Zakynthos. The spacious apartments have a separate bedroom with the option of a double or twin beds and a large sofa bed in the living quarters. The studios are also designed to sleep four people with twin beds and a sofa bed. With lavish Italian furniture, satellite TV, specially commissioned artwork, balcony seats and table, the accommodation will ensure that your visit will be comfortable and relaxing.

Having had the privilege of being the first guests at Casa Di Luna, we have been absolutely delighted by the standard of the apartments and the beautiful surroundings. Our hosts – Helen, Hugh and Dimitris couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. A big thank you also to Maria. It has been a wonderful holiday – 2 weeks that we will never forget. Surrounded by the vast blue of the Ionian Sea and the endless shades of green of the olive groves, the fir and cedar trees we had a very wonderful and pleasant time in Casa Di Luna, overlooking Lourdas Bay. The relaxing mornings by the pool under the imposing Aenos Mountain and the peaceful moments of the front balcony will certainly remain memorable.

We appreciate the warm hospitality of all the staff Mr Hugh, Ms. Helen Mr Demetris and Mrs Maria. We thank you all and wish you a wonderful continuation of this season and many more to come.
