HOW TO BOOK

Once you have browsed through our website and selected the property that meets your requirement, if indicated, please contact the owner direct to make all booking arrangements and establish their terms and conditions.



.Alternatively, if the advert requests that you contact KLHL direct to arrange the booking,  please send us the email enquiry form or telephone us at 0030 26710 31722.

.We will immediately contact the property owner to double check the availability of your chosen accommodation. Usually, within 24 hours of receipt of your enquiry we will be in a position to confirm the availability of the accommodation, and where appropriate, the amounts payable and when due.

.If your preferred property is already booked on the dates you have requested, alternate dates and suitable locations will be offered for your consideration.

.We will email a Booking Form to you and your chosen accommodation will be held for up to 7 days prior to the return of completed Booking Form and receipt of your deposit payment. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. To simplify matters, a Booking Form will not be required if full information is presented by phone or email.

.To pay the deposit we have the PayPal facility where we email you an invoice via PayPal to pay the deposit online by credit or debit card. If preferred, the deposit can be paid by credit transfer direct to the Kefalonia Luxury Holiday Lettings account.

.On receipt of the deposit, KLHL will send an acknowledgement and confirm the booking details by email.

.In some cases, the balance is payable to the property owner on arrival, in cash, and in Euros. However, for some accommodation, the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date by cheque or credit transfer. No ‘cash by post’ please. You will be advised at the time of booking how the balance is to be paid.
