Liocharis Apartments are  located at the foot of Mount Aenos amongst the natural vegetation that consists of olive trees, pine and cypress trees that provides a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Lourdas Bay is within 1000 metres walking distance down a steep incline and offers 2 miles of sandy beach, exotic palm and banana trees with spectacular views of of Zakynthos across the Ionion Sea. There is a local Bus Service for those not inclined to walk. The village itself provides many excellent restaurants, tavernas and shops within 200 metres of the Villa. Lourdas is located on the south coast and provides an excellent base to explore the many beauty spots in Kefalonia. There is also easy access to our capital Argostoli to enable you to spend an evening of entertainment, boutiques and designer shops or simply ‘people watch’ in the main square as you enjoy a glass of excellent local wine.

There are 5 newly built two-storey maisonettes and an additional one-room apartment on the ground floor.
all maisonettes are self-contained and are ideal to sleep up to 4 people.
If possible, arrangements can be made for additional people. With delightful furnishings, sea view balconies, modern kitchen facilities, air conditioning throughout, 2 bathroom/showers, satellite TV and spacious wardrobes they are designed to make your visit private, serene and comfortable. the ground floor apartment would be ideal for a couple and is also equipped with all modern utilities.
There is a resident car park with easy access to the local beach and the Dionysos Tavern with its traditional entertainment and top cuisine. We are located within walking distance of a number of shops.
