Villa Lemone is located near a number of blue flag beaches which include Ammes (about 1.5km) and Avithos (3km) that is also renowned for its turtle nests. Both beaches enjoy traditional tavernas and offer excellent bathing conditions for families. In Svronta village there are tavernas, mini-markets, car hire branches and gift shops and it is also the home of the internationally famous Byrons Rock. Our capital Argostoli is only a 10km drive and the popular resort of Lassi is the neighbouring village to Svronata. Together they offer a wide variety of recreational facilities, including water sports, outdoor cinema, theatre, nightlife and an excellent array of restaurants. Kefalonia airport is conveniently only 2km away, Villa Lemonia is not under the flight path and there are no night flights. A perfect location from which to explore the many delights that Kefalonia has to offer.
The beautiful Villa Lemone was built in 2008 and is located on 4000m2 of prime land in the traditional village of Svronota on the south west coast of Kefalonia. This family run villa will appeal to those looking for privacy, relaxation and warm hospitality. The unique Villa Lemone is spread over three floors and the spacious first and second floors are now available for rental.
The first floor apartment, 102m2, consists of an ensuite double bedroom and a second bedroom with 3 single beds, a folding bed and also the option of a sofa bed. It is designed to comfortably sleep 8 people. There is a separate bathroom that also has a shower facility. The self contained apartment has a fully fitted kitchen in an open plan setting, with dining area and a very large balcony that enjoys spectacular views.
Traditionally furnished and with air conditioning throughout, this wonderful accommodation is ideal for large groups or families.
The top floor apartment, 84m2, consists of an ensuite double bedroom and a twin bedroom with the additional option of a folding bed and a sofa bed. It is designed to comfortably sleep 6 people. There is a separate bathroom that also has a shower. This open plan and self contained accommodation has the same facilities as the first floor apartment and also enjoys a private seated balcony overlooking the well maintained garden and swimming pool area.
The generous swimming pool (13m x 5m) with sun lounges and parasols, is surrounded by a variety of fruit trees and flowers and located next to the outdoor bar and barbeque area. There are also parking facilities within the grounds and a library.
The property owners occupy the ground floor/basement area and will be able to give any help and advice to help you enjoy a very special holiday.
