Villa Meliti, 100m2, is located in the picturesque village of Lourdas, known locally as Lourdata. The private Villa was completed in June of 2010 to a very high standard and offers a peaceful setting with spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and Mount Aenos. It is a one storey family Villa with a luxury ensuite double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a separate bath/shower room. There is a covered terrace overlooking the patio area that includes a garden and exclusive swimming pool surrounded by sun-lounges and parasols. There is also a BBQ and dining area beside the pool. New additions for 2011 are Jacuzzi and WiFi Internet. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. The property is beautifully decorated with an open plan dining area, fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV, DVD Player and stereo. The property is designed to sleep 4 people but a folding bed can also be provided on request.

Villa Meliti is located at the foot of Mount Aenos amongst the natural vegetation that consists of olive trees, pine and cypress trees that provides a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Lourdas Bay is within 750 metres walking distance down a steep incline and offers 2 miles of sandy beach, exotic palm and banana trees with spectacular views of Zakynthos across the Ionion Sea. There is a local Bus Service for those not inclined to walk. The village itself provides many excellent restaurants, tavernas and shops within 200 metres of the Villa. Lourdas is located on the south coast and provides an excellent base to explore the many beauty spots in Kefalonia. There is also easy access to our capital Argostoli to enable you to spend an evening of entertainment, boutiques and designer shops or simply ‘people watch’ in the main square as you enjoy a glass of excellent local wine.
