Surrounded by a variety of cyprus, olive, pine and eucalyptus trees, Villa Rula is located in Spartia on the southern coast of Kefalonia. With its harbour and main square, small shops, mini-markets and tavernas, Spartia can truly be described as a traditional Greek village. There are spectacular views of Mount Aenos, St Georges Venetian Castle and the Ionian Sea. The property is located 3km from Pessada Port and a twice daily ferry trip to Zakynthos may appeal to some visitors. The picturesque cove of Spartia Beach is 1 km from Villa Rula and has excellent facilities to enable a leisurely day in the sun. Power boat trips and water sports can also be arranged from Spartia Beach for the more energetic amongst us. There are a number of other beaches within close proximity. Our capital Argostoli is only 8km away and offers a night of entertainment, many fine restaurants, people watching and Greek hospitality. Spartia is a perfect base from which to explore the many delights that Kefalonia does provide and also has easy access to the airport.

The delightful two-storey Villa Rula, located in the picturesque village of Spartia, was made available for rent for the first time in May 2010.
